Aroma:  persistent and ethereal, with hints of cinnamon, spices, ripe berries, jam

Taste:  warm and ethereal wine, with notable structure and balance,  it presents soft tannins that make the wine harmonious.

The aftertaste presents hints of spices and berries with a very persistent aroma. 

Recommended pairings:  game, grilled red meats,  mature cheeses. Excellent meditation wine
